Complete & Partial Synchronization for Kuramoto Model with External Forcing
Shih-Hsin Chen (NCTS)

Abstract:

Synchronization is a universal phenomenon in real world, and Kuramoto model is a model to describe this phenomenon. This model has been applied to scientific disciplines including physics, chemistry, biology, networks etc. In this talk, I will introduce the first order Kuramoto model with external forcing effect and mathematically investigate the complete and partial synchronization theory.
