Phenomenon of Self-gravitating and Repulsive Forces for the Multi-dimensional Compressible Euler-poisson Equations with Time Evolution Behavior (I)
Shih-Wei Chou (Soochow University)

Abstract:

This talk is concerned the global behavior of compressible Euler-poisson equations with attractive and repulsive force in the view of Glimm method. The gaseous fluids phenomenon is governed by the initial boundary problem of Euler-poisson equations which form a mixed type nonlinear hyperbolic system of balance laws. We establish solution by a new version of generalized Glimm scheme. I will introduce the Glimm method using the blackboard. Base on Glimm method, we will study the solution behavior with gravitational force or electric potential by wave interaction estimate in the Glimm scheme.
